Join us for a specialized, hands-on cookie decorating workshop at the Cookie Studio (Booth 110), created as a special collaboration between Mézi by Szoni and Fractal Colors. This workshop is designed for hobby bakers and professional pastry enthusiasts who want to elevate their decorating skills.
During the workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to decorate pre-baked cookies with step-by-step guidance from Hungarian gingerbread expert Szoni. Along the way, she will share advanced tips, tricks, and professional techniques to help you achieve precise and beautiful results. You’ll also learn how to experiment with different icing consistencies, detailing methods, and creative finishes.
This workshop encourages a hands-on, skill-building approach, giving you the confidence to apply these techniques in your own baking projects.

Admission: Please note that to join the workshop, you need a valid ticket to the Crazy Cake Event.
Language and Participation:
The workshop will be conducted in English. However, since I will be demonstrating each technique step-by-step alongside you, fluency in English is not required. This hands-on approach ensures that all participants can comfortably follow along and fully enjoy the experience.
Arrival Time:
Arrival requested 5 minutes before start.
Drying and Collection:
After decorating, you have the option to leave your cookies with us until 16:50 for drying. You can then collect them at the end of the event, beautifully packaged in a gift box.
Participation Fee and Registration:
Fee: The workshop fee includes all necessary materials and tools for use during the session.
Payment: Payment can be made via credit card through our website.
Registration: Please complete the registration form on our website and select your preferred date.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation or Rescheduling: Please inform us via email at mezibyszoni@gmail.com at least 48 hours before the workshop. In such cases, we will refund your participation fee or reschedule you for another session.
Within 48 Hours: If you cancel within 48 hours of the workshop, we cannot provide a refund. However, you may transfer your spot to someone else; please notify us via email with the new participant’s name.
Date Change: If you wish to switch to a different date, please email us at least 48 hours before the original workshop date.
