Mézi by Szoni x Fractal Colors: Icing Cookie Decorating Workshop at CAKE & BAKE Dortmund 2025
Join us for a special collaboration between Mézi by Szoni and Fractal Colors at the CAKE & BAKE Dortmund 2025. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to decorate beautiful, modern icing cookies. We’ll teach you the basics of outlining and flooding techniques, show you different royal icing consistencies, and guide you through various methods to create the adorable designs shown in the pictures, all on pre-baked cookies. We’ll be using Fractal Colors’ 100% edible food coloring products, known for their high quality and wide range of colors and products.

Within the CAKE & BAKE Fair at Messe Dortmund, at the Fractal Colors booth - Admission: Please note that to join the workshop, you need a valid ticket to the CAKE & BAKE Fair.
Language and Participation:
The workshop will be conducted in English. However, since I will be demonstrating each technique step-by-step alongside you, fluency in English is not required. This hands-on approach ensures that all participants can comfortably follow along and fully enjoy the experience.
Arrival Time:
Please arrive by 13:55 to ensure we can start promptly at 14:00.
Drying and Collection:
After decorating, you have the option to leave your cookies with us between 17:00 and 18:00 for drying. You can then collect them at the end of the event, beautifully packaged in a gift box.
Participation Fee and Registration:
- Fee: The workshop fee includes all necessary materials and tools for use during the session.
- Payment: Payment can be made via credit card through our website.
- Registration: Please complete the registration form on our website and select your preferred date.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation or Rescheduling: Please inform us via email at hello@mezibyszoni.hu at least 48 hours before the workshop. In such cases, we will refund your participation fee or reschedule you for another session.
- Within 48 Hours: If you cancel within 48 hours of the workshop, we cannot provide a refund. However, you may transfer your spot to someone else; please notify us via email with the new participant’s name.
- Date Change: If you wish to switch to a different date, please email us at least 48 hours before the original workshop date.
